A Modern Variation on an Old Tale

Jenna Orkin

Once upon a time, there was a young boy who lived in the town of Anywhere. One day his mother sent him to the woods to pick berries. On his way, he saw a wolf.

"Wolf!" cried the boy, as he ran back to the town.

"The child has an overactive imagination," said the townspeople and resumed building a road to the city where they could sell their berries.

A few days later, the same thing happened again.

"Be off!" said the townspeople to the boy whose concerns were becoming less funny by the moment, and more irksome.

The following week, the scene repeated itself a third time.

While the townspeople were throwing crateloads of rotten berries at the boy, the wolf bounded out of the woods and ate them all.

If BP is stopping journalists from both learning about and reporting on what's going on with the oil spill, and the mainstream journalists aren't even reporting to us about this, there must be some major collusion going on.

Thanks Jenna for reminding us of this fairy tale which many of us heard hundreds of times in our childhoods. We had no idea the extent to which we would be living it in that far-off year of 2010.

BP's problem to stop the flow of oil in deep water horizon is actually very good news for USA.

It seems USA has found it's own Ghawar-field and can postpone the regional peak oil for a while.

If we consider that 70% of the earth's surface is beneath water, and if we assume that the natural resources are distributed equally beneath land and sea, most of the oil fields are still not found.

"The clip below compares two out-of-control gulf oil spills – the present disaster, and one thirty years ago. The spill of 1979 went on for months, and months – nine to be precise – despite the blown out well being only a couple of hundred feet below the surface. The spill today is at 5,000 feet."

Things are not just isolated events anymore: of BP oil plumes, bursting mountain lakes or worldwide volcanic, seismic and economic shocks; they are now the cohesive picture of a totally new human paradigm taking shape - one that every cell somehow knows is coming.

Thanks for all your hard work- I thought the following maybe of interest to you-

The Texas Land Office and Texas Water Commission successfully used 'oil eating' microbes to clean up large oil spills in just weeks. Microbes hunt down and eat the toxic oil and leave only a biodegradable waste that is non-toxic to humans and marine life. Marshland and beaches were pristine again in just weeks---not years like the Exxon Valdez spill. This is the answer to save the seafood industry and all the precious creatures we are about to kill.
